EKY/S Series (Operation pressure: 5 bars) central system heating boilers are manufactured as 18 different models between 125.000 and 1.000.000 Kcal/h capacity range. Thanks to 3-pass structure, EKY/S Series Boilers, a product of superior engineering and state of art technology, allow transfer of thermal energy obtained as a result of burning to the liquid with high efficiency, and thus provide longer burning times than two-pass boilers with the same amount of coal. For NOx amount within the fume gas reaching to the flue at lower temperatures decreases parallel to the temperature, harm to the environment decreases to minimum levels while the burning efficiency is increased.

- For the boiler body is manufactured from steel sheets resistant to high temperatures and thanks to cast fire bars resistant to high temperatures and physical shocks, problem-free operation is ensured even under the heaviest conditions.

- Stainless steel turbulators placed in the flue pipes support heat transfer, decreases fuel consumption and also contributes to long-life of the boiler preventing condensation in the flue pipes.

- Exterior covering sheets of the boiler are painted with epoxy powder paint against corrosion. Heat losses are minimized with glass wool insulation applied to the boiler body and coating sheets.

FUEL WARNING

Electronic control system that stops operation of the fan and warns the user with the warning lamp on the digital display is available on the control panel.

 SAFETY

Boiler water temperature is set with thermostat on the electronic control panel. In case of water temperature increase to 100 ^o C due to any reason, limit thermostat, which can be reset manually, engages and stops operation of the fan.

 FLUE FLAP

EKY/S Series boilers are equipped with flue flap in order to achieve fuel saving for high draught flues. It can be adjusted easily by the user thanks to its position visible from outside.
